Please note that all office-based appointments are currently full, but select time slots are available for virtual sessions on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Payment & Reimbursement
Dr. Hayes does not accept insurance. All major credit cards are accepted and your payment is processed through Square.
The practice can submit invoices to your insurance company with Reimbursify, which will allow for potential reimbursement if your particular plan provides out-of-network coverage benefits.
Pricing: $500 for the initial visit and $400 for follow-up visits. All sessions are 60 minutes, all-inclusive, and include both therapy and medication management.
