Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can be beneficial for anyone and everyone. We will work together to create a therapy solution tailored to your needs.
Psychotherapy isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, and learning to move through life with greater clarity and resilience.
In my practice, therapy is a space to step back from the noise, reflect on patterns, and work through the experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or looking to explore something more fundamental, the process is always tailored to you.
What Brings People to Therapy
There’s no single reason to begin therapy, but common concerns include:
Anxiety and overthinking, especially when it interferes with decision-making or sleep
Depression or low mood, whether episodic or longstanding
Chronic stress or burnout, particularly in high-pressure careers
Relationship patterns, including difficulties with closeness, boundaries, or communication
A search for meaning, identity, or direction—especially during transitions
You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. You just need the sense that something isn’t working—and the willingness to explore why.
My Approach
I practice an integrative style of psychotherapy rooted in depth, insight, and collaboration. My training draws on psychodynamic theory and cognitive-behavioral methods, but the process is never formulaic. What matters most is the quality of attention we bring to your experience—and what begins to shift as a result.
Therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. Some people come during a time of acute stress; others stay longer to work through deeper patterns or long-held questions. Either way, our goal is the same: not just to feel better, but to understand yourself in a way that creates lasting change.
If appropriate, therapy can be combined with medication management as part of a cohesive, integrated treatment plan.
