Medication Management

Medication plans are created with your unique circumstances in mind—so you can focus on creating your best life.

Medication isn’t always the answer—but sometimes it’s an essential part of the solution.

In my practice, I work with professionals, founders, and creatives who are under pressure to perform while struggling with symptoms that won’t resolve on their own. When used thoughtfully, medication can help bring the mind back into balance—clearing the way for deeper insight, more consistent functioning, and a sense of internal stability.

I prescribe medications for a range of concerns, including:

  • Depression, especially when motivation, mood, or energy remain low despite effort or therapy

  • Anxiety, including persistent worry, panic attacks, or stress that interferes with work or relationships

  • Adult ADHD, including distractibility, procrastination, and difficulties with follow-through

  • Sleep issues, whether from stress, mood disturbances, or attention problems

  • Burnout, emotional exhaustion, or irritability related to chronic stress or overwork

Medication may not solve everything. But it can shift the internal conditions enough to make new things possible—more presence, better choices, less effort wasted on managing symptoms.

My Approach

I don’t prescribe quickly or generically. Our work begins by understanding what’s happening—what you're feeling, how long it’s been going on, and how it's shaped your life and work. If medication could help, we’ll walk through the options together, weighing not just symptom relief, but also side effects, long-term goals, and personal preferences.

You’ll always be involved in the decision-making process. My role is to offer perspective, clarity, and guidance—so any medication you take feels like a tool, not a crutch.

Throughout the process, we will always focus on integrating psychotherapy into our work together. Some of the most meaningful progress comes when medication and insight go hand-in-hand.
